We Are Mad Hill Peppers

We are growers of over 100 varieties of sweet and hot chile peppers here in the fields of Southern Connecticut, which are offered to the fresh market. We are members of Connecticut NOFA (Northeast Organic Farming Association) and adhere to organic farming practice as we apply for organic certification.

From the fields to our dehydrators, chile pods are dried and powdered to order for your special blends -- satisfying the needs and exploration of your particular cuisine.
